The conference accepts manuscripts of original research and posters that have not been previously published. Researchers and scholar-practitioners from all academic, governmental, and enterprise fields are invited to contribute.

The conference tracks consist of the following themes:

 3. Leadership development
 4. Workplace learning and training
 5. Career education, development and counseling
 6. Corporate social responsibility, policy and ethics in HRD
 7. Organizational development and change

 10. Adult education, youth and community development
 11. Gender, diversity, and migration in HRD

Accepted papers will be invited to present during the parallel presentation sessions of the conference. Each paper presentation will be awarded approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

AHRD-ARACD 2021 will offer a half/ full days of pre-conference workshops addressing current and future topics that fall in the fields of human resource and career development, including research methods and related topics. They will be offered by experts from academia, research institutes, and industry. The workshops will take place on 16 November, 2021. Participation in any of the workshops requires registration in AHRD-ARACD 2021 conference and is subject to an additional workshop registration fee.

Submission of Pre-Conference Workshop Proposals

Workshop proposals are due June 30, 2021 and should be emailed to: In your email, please include in subject [Pre-conference workshop proposal]
Workshop proposals should focus on a specific theme related to the main conference topics or other equivalents, describe objectives, planned activities and expected goals on 1-3 pages, and include the expected attendance.

The workshop proposal should include a sketch of the proposed program, a brief bio and contact information of the facilitator.
